1. General Refund Policy Lucid Insights Co., Ltd. is committed to providing high-quality integration solutions. Due to the nature of our Service, which falls under "Digital Content" and "Customized Services performed at the consumer's request," the mandatory 7-day right of rescission (cooling-off period) under the consumer protection act of Taiwan does NOT apply. Once the Service has commenced with your consent (e.g., upon signing the quotation, or once we begin the setup process, consultation, or delivery of digital files), the Service is non-refundable.
2. Refund Process If you have any questions regarding your order or payment, please contact us via email at contact@lucidinsights.co. We will review your inquiry within 7-14 business days. Any refunds issued at our sole discretion will be processed back to your original method of payment (Credit Card or Bank Transfer).
